2012 Rates

Note: All rentals are subject to current state and county sales tax (5.5%)

Peak Season (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend)

Peak Heating Season (Nov, Dec, Jan and February)

    Single Bedroom Cabins   (Cabins # 1, 2 or 6)

         Daily Rate (3 night minimum): $145/night

         Weekly Rate: $600/week (up to 2 people)

    Two Bedroom Cabins (Cabins # 3,4,7,8 or Bunkhouse)     

         Daily Rate (3 night minimum): $165/night

         Weekly Rate: $675/week (up to 4 people)

    Large two bedroom cabin (Cabin 5)

         Daily Rate (3 night minimum):$185/night

         Weekly Rate: $750/week (up to 6 people)

Extra people are $75/week or $15/night.

Off-season Rates (Sept, Oct. March, April and May) 

We offer a 10% discount on weekly rates. 

Motor rentals:

6 horsepower Mercury motors

                     Daily: $25 plus gas and oil

                     Weekly: $150 plus gas and oil

15 horsepower Mercury 4-stroke motors - 18 ft. boat package

  Daily: $80, plus gas and oil

                     Weekly:  $250, plus gas and oil

Boat Rentals: Extra boat with cabin rental $50/week

Pontoon Rentals: first 6 gallons gas included with rental

      Landau pontoon with 25 horsepower motor (up to 4 adults)

                  $300 per week, plus gas and oil

TMC pontoon with 25 horsepower motor (up to 8 adults)

                  $350 per week, plus gas and oil

Playcraft pontoon with 70 horsepower motor (8 adults)

$400 per week, plus gas and oil

   Sweetwater pontoon with 50 horsepower motor (8 adults)                      $475 per week, plus gas and oil
